It may have been a cold night outside but it was “hot” “hot” “hot” at our corporate client's “Holidays in Havana” themed Holiday Party! As guests entered they were warmly greeted with freshly made Mojitos, a “Fidel Castro” impersonator, several feathered festival dancers and a bongo drum musician. We transformed the space to look like Old Cuba with lush palm trees and greenery, cafe lights, and vintage posters of Old Cuba. One food station centerpiece featured a gorgeous Holiday tree adorned with tropical flowers.

Dining tables were dressed with beautiful tropical florals in cuban coffee cans or cigar boxes. We complimented the look with a Cuban Holiday tree in the reception area dressed with straw fedoras, cigars, cafe lights, feathers, and vintage style cuban postcards. We can’t forget to mention the adorable oversized parrot centerpiece near the near the Cuban Christmas tree that held cigar cutters and cuban coffee that were takeaways gifts. The DJ set the tone with cuban music and streaming videos of Old Cuba in several areas. Guests could easily explore all areas by following the wooden arrow directional signs placed throughout pointing to the dining, drinks and entertainment! The cuban faire was outstanding with passed appetizers, authentic cuban BBQ, cuban sliders, mango, jicama & cucumber salad, grilled beef tenderloin, shrimp cocktail, mini- desserts and dessert shooters. The barista stayed busy throughout the night serving cuban coffee and other hot beverages and right down the hall guests lined up to have their “Holidays in Havana” picture taken in the photo booth. The party couldn’t have been more perfect with a bourbon tasting and hand rolled cigars complete with an authentic cuban cigar roller!
