Jennifer Sharp always dreamed that someday she would be married at the picturesque Carl House in Auburn, Georgia. That dream came true on a crisp November afternoon with the man of her dreams surrounded by family and friends. To ward off the crisp fall air guests were offered hot chocolate and hot cider on the way to the ceremony gardens. The gazebo, bridge and aisles were beautifully decorated with florals and lanterns by Lindy Demarco and her team.

They carried the decor throughout with more florals, lots of candles and candelabras for the ceremony on the brick patio in the ceremony gardens. Jennifer and her Dad made an emotional but happy entrance to meet her groom Evan on the altar! The cocktail hour started inside theCarl House immediately following the ceremony with delicious passed appetizers and a special “Dr. Who” bourbon style cocktail – Jennifer and Evan are big fans of the show. Guests entered the ballroom to see a gorgeous display of bright florals on the dining tables dressed with a platinum pin tuck linens and a stunning candle display on the fireplace mantle. Dinner was served by the Carl House staff in the main dining room and balcony with special selections made by the bride and groom and her parents to please all palates! The Wedding Cake and Grooms cake were designed by the bride and groom with the direction of the owner/designer of the Frosted Pumpkin – every flavor was dreamy! The grooms cake was a red canoe that looked so real guests didn’t realize it was a cake – it was just as delicious. Jennifer and Evan used a special “Dr. Who” cake cutting set for the occasion and toasted each other with vintage champagne glasses used by her parents. Lots of dancing and celebrating by all for this special couple and their dream day!
