Nothing brings on the spirit of the holidays than being in New York City - so if you can’t be there why not create the magic of this special city in the South which is exactly what our client did to share with all their special guests!  Guests started the tour of the city at Radio City Music Hall along with a photo op with a few of their famous dancers.  A Cosmopolitan that ran through a ice luge replica of the Empire State Building also greeted guests as they arrived for this great evening can we say “I Love New York!”.

Next they took a short ride on the subway to the Rockefeller Center to see the famous tree and ice skating rink.  Around the corner Broadway - what’s more New York than that - maybe the fabulous food and bourbon tasting bar in the room!  Keep walking and you’ll find the famous Cotton Club in Harlem - great music and a fabulous full service bar.  If you needed to nosh on something the caterer traveled to every borough of the city with small bagels and lox, mini kosher dogs and mini gyros.  Walking down the streets you were serenaded with holiday tunes by “Frank Sinatra” or someone that looked and sang just like him not to mention the fabulous DJ that kept all in the New York holiday spirit.   The visit to included the Carnegie Deli - just like they as they do in NYC you waited in line for one of their Rubens while you looked at all the pictures of celebrities that had eaten there - worth the wait!  This visit also had stops at the popular “Serendipity 3” - guests enjoyed the charming cafe and ate lots of yummy desserts, drank coffee and hot chocolate.  China Town was another stop and was a big hit with all - the peking duck noodle box was amazing!

Last stop was a relaxing visit to Central Park - have a seat on the park bench and enjoy your cocktails and the view!   Each guest had the chance to capture the essence of night at the New York City themed Photo Booth - very creative guests - it was a hit!  As guests departed they were treated to a New York City soft pretzel and holiday fudge - it put you in a New York State of mind!
