18TH, 30TH, 60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

It was a fabulous night for a fabulous family celebrating three birthdays in one night! Southern Art restaurant at the Intercontinental Buckhead was the perfect choice for this special celebration. Our challenge was to make it very personal for all three of the birthday guests of honor.
Phyllis is very elegant and the queen of the family celebrating her 60th….lots of bling and loves touches of red. Zachary is a huge Clemson fan is in the military and celebrating his 30th birthday, and Elizabeth a accomplished musician and dancer celebrating her 18th birthday. We used beautiful platinum pin-tuck silk linens on the tables to anchor the room, and then used three chairs covers to reflect the personality of the birthday honorees. Phyllis’s chair had a gorgeous red satin ruffled chair cover from Wildflower Linens with a touch of bling of course!
Zachary’s was orange spandex with Clemson pennants attached by camouflage ribbon and Elizabeth had a royal blue rouched spandex chair cover with a blinged out “18” attached with grey satin ribbon to the back of her chair. The red and orange florals from Carithers were stunning, and the royal blue napkins were the perfect touch to rooms decor! We can’t forgot to mention the amazing balloon bouquets and birthday sign “Eat, Drink, Dance – Party with the Smith Family!” by Let’s Celebrate. The night started with a cocktail reception in the Southern Art Tasting Room with special cocktails and champagne. It was a wonderful feeling to see the faces of the guests during the grand reveal to the spectacular circular dining room by the host Lee. After the amazing dinner by Southern Artthree incredible cakes were presented to the guests of honor with a large flaming candle in each….it was one of the high-lights of the evening!! As you might expect Phyllis’s cake was very elegant with beautiful bling including a red rose surrounded by a crown. Zachary’s cake reflected his love of Clemson and Elizabeth’s cake was a covered in colorful sprinkles and a royal blue bow! Guests were then treated to a private area lounge are in the hotel with bar and entertainment. They truly did “Eat, Drink and Dance” with the Smith Family!!
